Sustainable Wheat Sourcing & Production Partnerships

Thresher Artisan Wheat has a long history as a vital partner in the wheat supply chain of Idaho. From aiding in the development of high-quality, high-yield varieties of wheat and growing best practices to managing convenient, efficient and safe grain collection and handling facilities to facilitating an integrated supply chain with producers and milling partners, we take quality very seriously.

Our highest priority is providing seeds for the production of consistent, high-quality, high-performance wheat. Our seeds are tested against the high-performance requirements of our end customers to ensure they meet stringent requirements of producers. We carefully examine the agronomic traits of the wheat we source, and hand-pick our seed based on the functionality and characteristics our customers require.

Thresher Artisan Wheat has a deep understanding of the importance of wheat as an ingredient. From seed selection to testing to cleaning, conditioning and storage, our standards ensure that our grain will best accomplish our customers’ needs and sustainably provide the consistency they require year after year.
